Here's how to use Smart Writer AI to make a section shorter:

1. Highlight the section you want to shorten.

2. Click "Rewrite" in the options menu. Alternatively, open the Use Case dropdown on the right and select "Rewrite."

3. Click the arrow pointing down to open the "Type" dropdown. Click "Shorter."

4. Click "Rewrite" in the Shorter option to generate shorter versions.

5. Review the generated text and if satisfied, click the "Insert" button. Otherwise, click the "Rewrite" button for new versions.
